  15. <p>     INDICTED. Walter Moody Jr., 56, self-employed proofreader,
  16. for the murder of federal Appeals Court Judge Robert Vance; in
  17. Atlanta. Angry at the court system since his conviction for
  18. possession of a pipe bomb in 1972, Moody was charged by the
  19. Justice Department with 70 counts related to sending bombs
  20. through the mail last December. One killed Vance at his home
  21. near Birmingham. Another fatally injured Robert Robinson, a
  22. civil rights lawyer and alderman in Savannah.
